These now feature blue anodized titanium hardware shaves even more unsprung weight from the arms, without compromising strength. In addition, bearings have been upgraded to next generation NCT motorsports bearing feature a carbon fiber teflon liner to provide quiet operation, lower friction, smoother articulation and eliminates bushing deflection under load. The injection-molded slot-loaded liner is also self-lubricating and self-cleaning, offering robust reliability for street and track use.

After years of development, rumors, and outright anticipation, we’re pleased to announce the availability of the OS Giken Close Ratio Gearset for the 350Z/G35. This kit consists of Countershaft, 1st main gear, 2nd main gear, 3rd main gear, 3rd counter gear, 4th main gear, 4th counter gear, 5th main gear with input shaft and 6th main gear.

Cosworth Low Temperature Thermostat

High performance racing engines require upgraded and improved cooling systems for maximum reliability. One important component of the upgraded cooling system is a thermostat that opens to allow coolant passage through the engine and cooling system at reduced temperature compared to the original equipment thermostat. Reducing the temperature by approximately 10 to 15C compared with that of a standard thermostat, the Cosworth LowTemp Motorsport Thermostat improves coolant circulation through the engine by starting the process earlier than the original equipment thermostat.
Cosworth LowTemp Motorsport Thermostats are engineered with the optimum temperature range in mind for high performance racing use as it is very easy to over cool the engine by either removing the thermostat completely or using a thermostat that is not designed for the specific application. Additionally, over cooling can cause engine damage by preventing critical engine components from reaching their ideal operating temperature, altering the required clearances for safe operation. Another important feature of Cosworth LowTemp Thermostats is the ability to precisely control the flow of coolant when the valve opens. Unstable temperatures and even temperature fluctuation can cause severe engine damage and make it difficult to properly tune or calibrate the engine.
When combined with a correctly sized radiator and other high quality cooling system components, the Cosworth LowTemp Motorsport Thermostat will help to safely maximize engine performance by controlling the engine temperature at an optimum level.

Energy Urethane Steering Rack Bushing 350Z/G35

Get rid of the slop in your steering rack with these direct replacement urethane bushings. Includes the mounting bushings and center bushing, these urethane versions will eliminate the tired, dried out factory rubber ones. The reward is much better steering feel and quicker overall response.

Cosworth Plenum for 350Z/G35 – Version 2.0

Cosworth has made a big change to their Intake Plenum for the 350Z/G35. All new versions will now come with a durable billet aluminum endcap. This was done for a couple reasons, most notably that there were issues getting the caps on time, when they had plenums otherwise ready to go. In addition, the billet ones should seal better than the carbon ones, making it even better for guys running lots of boost. Pricing of the plenum remains the same

The Rare JDM Aluminum Under Panel is a direct bolt-on replacement for the OEM plastic piece that easily breaks and flexes during normal use. The main panel is made of 6061 aluminum, and side panels are 5053 aluminum. Even weighing in at 5.4 lbs., the Rare JDM Aluminum Uunder Panel provides added protection to the underside of the vehicle, and more specifically the oil pan.

Our Aluminum Under Panel was designed with a removable access panel, allowing for oil drain plug and oil filter access, without the need to remove the entire under panel. Rare JDM track tests all of our parts, and the under panel is no exception! Our prototype has withstood speeds of 140+ mph at Auto Club Speedway without issue.

Powergrid Endlinks for your Porsche, BMW, Corvette, and More!

We’ve been offering the Powergrid endlinks for the 350Z and G35 for years. Google it, you’ll find out what everyone else already knows. That if you want the best endlink on the market, you found ’em. Well, we’re now carrying them for your Porsche as well.

This is why they are important, what they do, and why you want ’em:

The endlinks connect your swaybar to your the rest of your suspension. As the swaybar moves during a turn (or technically, resists moving), the endlinks job is to keep the bar parallel to the ground. Whether you have stock swaybars or aftermarket, the harder you push your car, the more prone your stock links are towards snapping, or breaking. Many modern day cars use links that are made of cheap stamped steel, and many are even plastic! They are designed to be used with softer stock spring rates, and less grippy tires than true enthusiasts tend to use. As you increase the grip of the car, the endlink is placed under greater strain to control that swaybar. The same holds true when you’re fitting larger diameter, and adjustable swaybars. These stiffer bars place greater load on the endlink and those stock endlinks were never designed with that force in mind. The second thing to consider is when fitting lowering springs or aftermarket coilovers. As you adjust the height of your car, you can often cause your swaybar to change position. That means during the compression stroke of the suspension, the stock swaybar can be limited in its movement (aka binding), which vastly reduces the ability of the bar to do it’s job. For those with coilovers, this becomes even more important if you’re looking to cornerweight your car. Having an adjustable endlink such as this allows you to adjust swaybar preload, and that translates into more effective cornerbalancing results and more effective swaybar tuning.

And we’re always looking to add more! These endlinks aren’t cheap to buy because they aren’t cheap to make. They use genuine THK components (THK is an OEM automotive supplier to tons of manufacturers). They don’t use hardware store heim joints like so many others out there. Those start out great and in short order tend to get very noisy as they are exposed to the elements, and accumulate dirt, sand, moisture, salt, etc. These endinks are different. They offer the articulation (ability for the endlink head to rotate, thus keeping the swaybar in the correct position), but are fully sealed. Never will require any maintenance – no grease, no cleaning, nothing!
