Rebuilt Evo Brembo’s – No Core!!!!

We’ve now got a great deal worked out on fully rebuilt Brembo calipers for the 2003-2006 Mitsubishi Evo. These begin as genuine Mitsubishi supplied Brembo calipers. Each is fully stripped down, and rebuilt to as-new condition. Each caliper gets a fresh bright red powdercoating, new pistons, new seals, new bleeder, and includes new shim and pins. Sorry, no Brembo logo’s are included (you can source those at any local place that does vinyl graphics), and for the time being, no other colors are available. Each caliper comes with a 1 year, 12,000 mile warranty as well.

And the best part? No Core! That’s right – no downtime, no core charge, no waiting for the caliper to ship out, be finished, and then ship back. These are in stock, ready to go. That means you can then sell your existing calipers and recoup some funds for other mods!

Cleanliness is Next to Godliness

All too often, we’re used to seeing ‘track’ cars tossed together without any real forethought, no real plan. Everyone can appreciate a home built effort, built on a budget, long nights and weekends spent toiling on a cold garage floor. But can you equally appreciate a race car built with top shelf parts, zero expense spared, by a professional shop? This is one of those cars. I can’t recall the last race car I saw who’s build was executed with such attention to detail.

Built by Roger Clarke Motorsport in the UK – this is the Gobstopper. No, it’s not a new build, but so what? Not many cars come along built to this spec, and it’s worth of praise.

Ohlins now has expanded their application list for the Road and Track series for 2012.

New applications include Porsche 911 (996 and 997 versions), Mini R56 (they also make R50 and R53), E46 ad E92 BMW M3, Nissan R35 GTR, and the Lexus IS250/350 as well as the IS-F.

If you want the ultimate coilover, that is equally at home on the street or the track, this is the first and last set you’ll need. We’ve personally tested these and they are nothing short of amazing. The contsruction is something you typically would find on much higher cost, motorsport only units. The digressive valving is simply awesome, with a broad, meaningful dampening adjustment span. All too often on coilovers, even ‘higher end’ units, there are very minute differences between ‘soft’ and ‘firm’. Not so with the Ohlins. Each adjustment point is truly meaningful and can immediately be felt. The units are also fully adjustable for compression and rebound (simultaneously), as well as height adjustable. Pillowball mounts front and rear that emit zero noise. Plus, fully rebuildable and customizable down the road
